ABILITIES:
The Joker has a sick sense of humor, keeping his adversaries (The Bat included) off guard because it's hard to tell where he's going to go next. The Joker is a criminal mastermind who's able to get into your head because he just finds a joke in everything that he does, no matter how evil or sadistic it may be; so much so that he even pushed The Bat to almost killing him and found it funny how he could get into his head as such.
STRENGTHS/WEAKNESSES:
His main strength is that everything is a joke to him, so he doesn't care about anybody around him except for himself. Everybody and everything around him is just a prop for his own evil doing. He's able to get into the heads of his enemies by pretending that he doesn't care and laughing about everything; acting like it's a running gag. He has no mercy for killing others if they should disappoint him, or get in his way. Sometimes he'll kill them just because he has no use for them anymore. Anything and everything is a possibility to what Joker can do. Then on the flip side, his strengths are just as bad as his weaknesses. He can't keep any allies for very long because in the end he's always using them, whether it's for his own personal greed or to get at The Bat in the future. Because everybody around him is expendable in his eyes, it hinders people working for him in the future, in which he usually kills them if they say no to scare the others into working with him, only to be killed anyway. Because everything is a joke to him, he may be short sighted at times and it leaves him vulnerable.
BACKGROUND:
Nothing is known of his true identity, or where he comes from, or even how he got his scars as he makes a note of telling multiple different stories on how they came to be. At the scenes of his crimes he constantly leaves either a playing card with his face or wind up chatter teeth. After his run-in with Batman, he was left hanging upside down while the GCPD apprehended him and took him to the Arkham Asylum where he currently remains in custody, locked in an isolation cell unaware of the sacrifice that Batman had made with the bomb, seemingly to the public, taking his own life to save them. The Joker is just biding his time, and more than likely has plans to break out to get at The Bat.
