As a community manager, I need to know the thoughts of the people. I can't function without both feedback, good and bad. So anytime there's a plot unfolding, I'll put up a thread asking the community what they want to see and how they're taking it.. All of which, I'll take into huge consideration. The board is also open to the members to get thoughts on how their plots are going, same rules apply for them.. The main thing is, it's OK to offer constructive criticism, just don't be a dick about things.
