STRENGTHS/WEAKNESSES:
Caitlin is no fighter and is really not on much ground to physically defend herself, among other things, but her strengths will always far outweigh any weakness she may have. With her abilities and able to still be down to earth, and able to get down to business when it's needed, she's essential to team Flash. And when Caitlin is paired with Cisco, the two are practically unstoppable with aiding Barry.
BACKGROUND:
Caitlin has worked with S.T.A.R. labs for a while now, being their bio-engineer. She's very intelligent and passionate about her work and was working during the explosion of the particle accelerator. Her at the time fiancee (now husband Ronnie Raymond) was the structural engineer and when they were about to toast and then things didn't go as planned, he had to go check it out and she was hesitant. At this time, she thought she lost him after he was gone for a while, but when she went down and saw he had Cisco put it in lock down, she spoke with Ronnie over the radio but it was cut off, leading her to believe he was killed in the explosion. After the explosion, Barry Allen, who was struck by lightning was brought to S..T.A.R. labs (after being in critical condition at the hospital) where he was stabilized. Caitlin and Cisco looked over Barry until he woke up. They were also introduced to Felicity Smoak during her visit to see Barry, and has since had many wild adventures taking down Meta-Humans, working with the team and even having a helping hand in Barry's growth as The Flash, and stopping Harrison Wells who they found out wasn't actually the same Harrison Wells that he used to be. Being involved with Team Arrow as well during a few team ups, they all have become great friends. Now, Barry has stopped the Black Hole that was over Central City, and has identified Wallace Wayne, this second mysterious speedster from the future, to in fact be Wallace West, and has relation to Iris as found in his genetic makeup. And now, her and Cisco keep an eye on Central City (though it has calmed) and Gotham City where Barry is currently staying and serving as The Flash.
