ABILITIES:
Cisco is a Mechanical Genius, and a nick name genius at that, and has done many things for S.T.A.R. labs which include creating:
- The Flash suit for Barry Allen (which is speed force resistant, and originally created for the CC Fire Dept.) and Wally West (in the future)
- The cure for Mirakuru (w/ Caitlin)
- Cold and Heat Guns designed to slow down and potentially harm Barry in the beginning, and the Golden Gun (by force, via Lisa Snart)
- Wizards Wand (used as a means to stop the weather powered Mardon's)
- The Treadmill (used to handle Barry's speed and at one point give him his speed back when his energy was drained)
- Calorie-densed protein bars (created with Caitlin to give Barry what his body needed to avoid breaking down)
- The Pipeline (formerly the particle accelerator, he converted it into a prison for meta-humans)
- Canary Cry (the device originally used by Sara Lance but converted into a necklace for Laurel Lance as the new Black Canary)

STRENGTHS/WEAKNESSES:
Intelligence is his greatest strength. He has the ability to gauge the enemy as they fight Barry and figure out what kind of a device would be needed to stop them, or what might be needed in general. He is a mechanical genius so nothing is out of his reach for long. His other biggest strength is being able to work with Caitlin and combine their own strengths together with Barry for an unstoppable team. He is also a pending Meta-Human that is able to see alternate timelines through their vibrations, otherwise can be called Dimensional Awareness. His weaknesses can also include a misjudgment of character. Cisco likes to see the good in people or he is sometimes oblivious to what others might do and so he's not always able to hit the nail on the head the first time.
BACKGROUND:
Born into a Puerto Rican family with one older brother, Dante Ramon, whom Cisco has had a rocky relationship with for a good portion of their life until he revealed to Cisco that he was indeed jealous of him, and his abilities and having goals in life to strive for. Cisco was interested in mechanics at a young age and eventually was hired on at S.T.A.R. labs, immediately not getting along with Hartley Rathaway who would eventually come back into the scene as a Meta-Human. Cisco was part of the launch of the Particle Accelerator and has been a pivotal part of S.T.A.R. labs since the explosion such as helping Barry with his powers and training, defeating enemies and eventually figuring out Doctor Wells wasn't who he said he was which led to his death in an alternate timeline. Cisco also discovered he too was affected by the explosion, getting powers to see into alternate timelines through their vibrations. He came to discover this when he kept having "dreams" of Wells killing him which was the primary timeline until Barry ran so fast to stop the tidal wave that he actually traveled back in time. With the help of his partners and friends, Cisco has been able to do amazing things and be a hero, despite being just a civilian who happens to be very smart and killer with nicknames.
