BACKGROUND:
Born into one of the First Families of Gotham, Tommy Elliot grew to despise his childhood friend Bruce Wayne for his seemingly perfect upbringing while he himself suffered constant abuse. One day he snapped, cutting the brake line, sending his father to his death and his mother to contant medical care until later succumbing to cancer. After Bruce Wayne lost his parents. Tommy Elliot's psychosis intensified as he made it his life's mission to be a step ahead of Bruce Wayne, jealous of his family and success. He decided to fill his void by studying medicine and following in Dr. Thomas Wayne's footsteps became a World Class Surgeon in his own right, believing himself to be a God with such power over life and death. Tommy Elliot certainly had a lot of time on his hands during his studies in college and he devoted that time to physical conditioning, martial arts, and markmanship just simply to be better than Bruce in one more thing in life.
