"The Joker and Anarky Working Together?"

Just a few moments ago perhaps one of the most disturbing things happened. The Joker hacked the airwaves, most likely with the help of the cyber terrorist we've come to know as Anarky. The Joker has issued an open threat that has left the people in Gotham in a frenzy that sometime soon, and we have no idea where, The Joker will be striking. We all know what this maniac is capable of, and we know that Anarky has been stealing consumers electronic information with the Moneyspider Virus, the man that GCPD Commissioner Gordon has said is responsible for the hacking of officer Mike Atkins in an effort to frame him. If these two are really working together, Gotham could be in a lot of danger.
