It was a decent day in Gotham. People were getting up for work, children were getting into their respective buses to attend their respective school. You could tell it was perfect day for an old lady to walk out with her dog. Everything was going so well until a man who was employed at LexCorp walked into coffee shop. The moment he put his credit card through the system, the machine buzzard and then he swiped his other ATM cards but none of them were working and the people that were sitting at the cop. There cell phone started to ring - many of them were getting notification from their bank. Some had negative balance, others had their accounts frozen automatically. They all had no idea what was going on, whereas somewhere back at Lonnie Machin's apartment. Lonnie was sitting in front of multiple monitor sets of computer. He speak to himself.
" Good People of Gotham ! Our day has cometh. The moneyspider will bring the rich to the same level as the poor ", Machin talking to himself. Machin as many do not know is the man who is the one wearing the mask with the Anarchy symbol in it's forehead. He is Anarky -- though we thought Anarky was only threatening gotham but seems like he has put his moneyspider virus into motion.
For half of the day many people were losing their valuables. There was an unusual unrest among the people. Anarky won't stop and is there really anyone who could step up to the plate. Whilst the entire attack was happening -- Lonnie's own phone ring. He picks it up and it was mom Roxanne Machin.
" Hey mom ", he waits and cautiously listen to his mother on the phone, " Yes mom - I been watching the news. It's devastating that people are losing their assets ". He was lying to his mom. He wasn't devastated about it, but deep down inside he was liking it. Because he was the one who released it and to him this is the beginning. Beginning of Bankruptcy. " Sure thing mom. I will bring eggs on my way back home. Love You "
Lonnie played a perfect normal being around his mother -- but he is not a normal dude. He is the most cunning and intelligent man. Who has his own agenda against the rich and the governed.

Barbara was late for work. Ever since losing her bike, getting around town had been increasingly difficult. Her father was not a fan of the old monorail system due to the muggings that took place, even in broad daylight. Cabs were fine but she had only so much money to spend on cabs. As Barbara ran up the steps of the library, her phone vibrated in her pocket. She didn't check who it was. She didn't have time. She was already over 15 minutes late. Pushing through the revolving glass doors, Barbara crossed the marble floor and took a sharp left, opening the small wooden door into the staff room. She was sure that Malorie had seen her. Not much she could do about that. Barbara placed her backpack into her personal locker and drew out her name-badge before attaching it to her shirt. As she swapped her old shoes for her smart work ones, the old TV set in the corner started crackling with static. A face seemed to emerge but Barbara didn't have time to pay any further attention as she fled the staff room and crossed the Library's lobby. Jogging down several aisles of books, Barbara arrived at the central information desk. Ron caught her eye as she sat down. "Babs, Malorie's gonna kill you. Tracey's already called in sick and George is stuck in traffic."
"Calm down Ron. It'll be fine. I'll just work through lunch. Besides, if she really..." Barbara noticed that Ron was no longer looking at her but was staring at the three television screens that hung above the circular information desk. They would usually be showing a documentary of some sort yet were now showing a white face "...has cometh. The moneyspider will bring the rich to the same level as the poor."The screens were reduced to static before returning to the documentary on the Amazon. Everyone in the Library started whispering loudly to each other. Malorie didn't even tell them to shush. In fact, she shrieked. She was staring at her phone, watching her bank account drip away to nothing. Something big was happening. Barbara could feel it stirring through the heart of Gotham. This was going to be big. The Amazon rain forest vanished from the screens and was replaced by a smile. Barbara covered her mouth in horror.
"Ladies and Gentlemen of Gotham City... in case you weren't aware of who I am which deeply-- deeply offends me... you can call me The Jokerrrr. I'm sure that you're all probably wondering where I am and how I'm doing this.. but I guess that's for me to know and your beloved Gotham City Police Department to out; isn't that right Jiiimmboo. See... there's no need to be afraid of the boogeyman because the boogeyman doesn't exist. I am merely a man that's just slightly ahead of the curve. And there's just something in your eyes when you scream in terror that just brings a smile to my face! It brings me happiness to know that you rely on your precious Bat but yet ever since Bruce Wayne said he was still alive... he's yet to be seen. But maybe... maybe that needs to change. Maybe the Bat needs to come flying out of his cave and join the rest of the living. See-- Gotham is in need of some shaking up. We've got all kinds of new heroes in the world... but not even Superman or The Flash can stop this... Anarky. But don't you fear, Gotham! The Joker isn't going to bite... not yet. But consider this... a warning. I'm alive and quite well, as you can see and all that means is that somewhere... sometime... in the very near future... The Bat is getting a message loud and clear. We're going to play a little bit of duck... duck... goose. The Bat is the goose and around and around we run! We'll see if he's fast enough to catch me. See you soon... bats. HEHEHEHAHAHA."The screens turned to black. The voice of David Attenborough came back as wide panning shots of the Amazon rainforest returned. If people in the Library had been displaying signs of worry before, they were now showing signs of sheer terror. People were scrambling out of the Library, their heavy footsteps pounding on the marble surface. Barbara's phone vibrated once again. This time she checked the screen. It was her father. Barbara didn't answer. She didn't have time. Making her way into the small staff room, Barbara opened her locker and drew out her laptop from her backpack.
Barbara returned to the central information desk and plugged in her laptop. Cracking her knuckles Barbara got to work. Gymnastics was her hobby and being a vigilante was her dream but computers...computers were her language. During the past year she'd been working for the Library, she'd been tinkering with their hardware, software and archives. She had brought in some tech she'd...acquired. If Malorie knew what was beneath the central information desk, Barbara would be in more than a little bit of trouble. Using the boosted tech, Barbara started an analysis of the Moneyspider virus. It was a surprisingly simple virus which was what made it so perfect. It was so small and insignificant that it was practically untraceable for the vast majority of firewalls and computer security...unless you knew what to look for. The virus had some unique coding which was also fortunate as it meant that tracking it's source would be far easier. All viruses have an origin. It took Barbara only four minutes to bring up a list of every account that had been altered due to the virus. True to his word, the thief had only altered the accounts of those that the majority of Gotham would consider to be rich. Barbara gave a sad smile. The only silver lining she could see was that her bank balance would certainly be untouched. Using the Moneyspider virus as a prototype, Barbara began to construct her own virus. She didn't have time to make it elaborate but it didn't need to be. Barbara was soon inside the Gotham City computer network and started to send out prototypes of her virus. If this terrorist's virus was a shark, hers was bait on a hook. Her virus began worming its way into banks across the City. It analysed accounts where money had been stolen and began to create brand new accounts with the affected in mind. Soon, Barbara was the proud owner of 57 fake bank accounts, all of which had considerable amounts of money in. She was dangling the bait. Soon enough, the shark made it's first mistake. It put it's jaws around the hook and began to tug. One fake account was for a Mr Uri Daniels and he now worked at Lexcorp. His funds were fading away yet with a wave of Barbara's data wand, his account was refilling at the same speed. She was reeling in the shark. The virus was stuck in a neverending loop of taking funds from a now unlimited source. It was open and vulnerable. Barbara went in for the kill. Sending in as many rapid fire viruses as she could, Barbara bombarded the Moneyspider virus. True, her rapid viruses were weak due to having to be made at such a speed but Barbara was sending dozens into the wound. Soon over two hundred of her tiny minions were tearing apart the Moneyspider. More of her fake bank accounts were being attacked and Barbara sent her own viruses into the battlefield. Eventually, a total of 29 of her fake accounts were acting as tendrils, pulling down the Moneyspider.
A light flashed on the side of her laptop. Pressing it down and swiping her laptop's touch screen, she saw that she had what she wanted. The source of the virus. She reached for her phone and paused. How could she tell her father what she knew without revealing how she knew it? Barbara hesitated. She had nobody to turn to. Ricky sprang to her mind but this wasn't really his arena plus he had his own battles to face. Barbara thought of the woman she had seen in the alley. The Bat-Woman. Barbara had no way of contacting her or even the Batman if he was truly alive again. There were reports of other vigilantes in Gotham like the red hooded bowman or even reports of the Flash. Again, Barbara had no way of messaging them. She then remembered her backpack. For months now she had been planning this. She knew the moment had come. Barbara disconnected her laptop but kept her accounts working. Shutting down the almost 'super-computer' she'd created below the information desk, Barbara ran back into the staff room. She grabbed her backpack and made her way to the fire escape.
Within minutes, Barbara Gordon was on the rooftop of the Gotham Library. She pulled on the gloves and the boots. Her shirt was gone and in it's place was her purple top and below were here black jeans. On her face was a mask and around her neck, her black cape danced in the wind. Finally, she clipped her belt around her waist and put her backpack over her flapping cape. She felt she would need the laptop inside it. As she made her way across the City, towards the source of the virus, Barbara knew she was altering her life in a way that she could never go back. In a way, the old Barbara Gordon had died on the rooftop of Gotham Library. It was Batgirl that stepped forwards.

So someone sitting at the top of the Gotham Library rooftop is trying to stop Anarky from reaching his goals. He is already in cohorts with the Joker and Anarky can tell that this isn't Joker's doing but he was liking the fact that there is a computer hacker trying to hack his virus. So what does Anarky does ? Lonnie Machin look straight at the set of computer monitors that were set up in front of him. In one of his screen. He had the GPS locator, helping him locate various targets for his own agenda, and on the monitor above is, shows CCTV cameras around Gotham. He had the entire airwaves hacked. Every radio and phone tower was in his grasp. He set up accounts around banks outside of United Stated and only he can get accessed to it. Though he has to share that sum with the one known as The Joker. Question is does he trust Joker ? Joker is dangerous and insane, at this point Lonnie could just make an anonymous call and rat Joker's position but he wouldn't do that. Joker is necessity for his plan to work.
" Nice to see I have some competition " Lonnie smiled underneath his anarky mask. He created proxies to make it look like the hacker is stopping him. He made it look like that money is being transferred back to their respective owners. He was tricking the hacker. He did it just to get his or her location. Once he finds out the location, he smiled vigorously.
" Now let see who are you ? Computer run biometric trace. Find out who is hacking from computer. Look into all their personal files "
He anxiously sits in front of his set of monitor setup. Looking at his scanner progressing. Which was extracting not only the location of the hacker but also their personal files. If he find a trace; that would be a rookie mistake. You don't leave breadcrumbs behind, you make sure you wipe and clean all of that out. Few minutes later his software not only picked up the trace but also the personal files. The moment he looked at the files, his eyes was buckled up with sudden shock; like he hit some jackpot.
" My oh my Barbara Gordon. Father like Daughter. This would be interesting. I think it's time we tell Mister Gordon that his baby girl is in big twouble (trouble) ", he laughs sadistically. There was sight of evil intentions in his mind. It's quite perfect for him to setup something like this. Lonnie than called one of his men.
" Boys I have a job for you. Go get me Barbara Gordon. Get her, and make sure you leave no witnesses behind. Find her and keep her in a warehouse on foundry . I on the other hand will have a little fun with Commish -- The Joker is going to love this. Oh boys please tell Mister J there is an early christmas package coming. It would be my gift to the insane prince clown of crime "
