Man, this was getting nuts. So, Wally's cover was all over the news now but this is kinda what they wanted. They didn't want people really askin' questions when they're around while Bruce and S.T.A.R. labs try to figure out what exactly is going on and how to get Wally back home so, to the public he's Wallace Wayne. It makes sense, with Bruce being in his early forty's and Wally being only 24. And knowing that Bruce was quite the party boy in his younger years the public would believe it. The perfect cover. But for now, we're back at the Labs. Barry has joined us and they're working on trying to find a means to get Wally back home without really causing a giant worm hole like before.

[[Barry]]: Hey Cisco, is there any update on anything?

[[Cisco]]: Not really, not yet. But I did have this AWESOME dream last night where I was able to mix all kinds of flavors of ice cream, and..

[[Caitlin]]: Cisco! That's great, but we need to keep working to figure out how to get Wally home because he doesn't belong here. His cover as Bruce Wayne's son can only go so far. Which I really wonder how those two met...

[[Barry]]: Right place at the right time, I guess.

[[Wallace]]: Heck Yeah is was the right place at the right time! I mean I AM from the future. I knew he'd be there.

[[Caitlin]]: Well, I've been analyzing the lightning from that electrical storm that brought Wally here, thinking that it would be a big first clue....

[[Barry]]: And?

[[Wallace]]: Yeah Cait's, and?!

[[Caitlin]]: Cait's? Please don't ever say that again. Anyway... it looks like the charge that came from the readings from that storm shows an electrical voltage higher than your average every day lightning. Your average lightning carries about one billion joules... that's more electron volts than I can even begin to spell out... but this... the electrical storm...

[[Cisco]]: The electrical storm was about 15 times that. Nobody is ever going to be able to explain it, because they're not going to understand that a hero from the FUTURE came through a worm hole that it created. And so far, the only thing that we've got is the worm hole because the worm hole let you, Barry, go back in time but we really have no idea about going forward.

[[Wallace]]: That's a lot of stuff I didn't understand but dang! That sounds like a whole lot of electricity! Is there any way to catch it? Or.. to create it? Because as much as I like 2015 and all... I mean y'all are great but... I've got some folks back home that are waiting for me ya know? I've been here for a few weeks so who knows what's happening back home.

[[Barry]]: There was one other time I traveled.

[[Cisco]]: Wait you mean.. when we went back a day or whatever?

[[Barry]]: Exactly.

[[Caitlin]]: But Barry, you only went back in time and it was only a day. We need the complete opposite for Wally.

[[Wallace]]: Hey, yo, guys, don't forget the silver speedster guy is still here! Oh, be right back, gotta take a leak.... alright, I'm back.

[[Caitlin]]: Highly inappropriate.

[[Cisco]]: But so cool! I didn't know you and Barry could even go to the bathroom that fast! That makes me wonder though... how fast are you compared to Barry?

[[Wallace]]: Well... basically I got my powers similar to unc, here. I was in his lab... I mean I had to be like ten or eleven, maybe older... way before I even knew unc was The Flash. He let me meet The Flash because I was just in awe, I idolized him, wanted to be just like him. Being able to run so fast, stop tornadoes, rescue people from burning buildings.. running UP buildings.. it just was all so cool and Unc said he was like best friends with the Flash and let me meet him. Then somehow... BAM. I mean it was stormy outside and stuff, and Unc told me later on that he kept all of his stuff set up just the way it was when he was struck by the lightning. But I guess it runs in the family, because lightning chose me too. It hit those chemicals man... I thought I was doomed. But somehow the same chemical stuffs was created and gave me the speed too. Right now, I'm prolly as fast as Unc is now, but in my time he's even faster. It was pretty nuts, man. So unc you GOTTA make sure you do that or else I won't even exist as who I am.

[[Barry]]: Got it, don't change anything. But your speed... so if I was able to go back in time... but Thawne mentioned to me when I was seeing the time vortex.. I saw things from past, the present and the future. And he told me to think about the date and the time where I wanted to go and I ended up there. But the problem is, is that we had to use the worm hole. When I went back that day? I ran faster than I ever thought I could and I pushed myself past every limit I knew I had. Maybe if we can work up your speed and get you to focus on that speedforce, you can focus on where you want to go and end up back in your time not too long after you left so it's like nothing changes. It's going to take a lot of work..

[[Caitlin]]: A lot of work and it's just a theory, but it's definitely worth a shot. You two should probably get back to Gotham, and in the mean time Cisco and I will work on this theory, and we're going to see if we can't re-create that electrical current that brought Wally here in the first place. Because if we can recreate that amount of electricity, then we can harness it in a controlled environment...

[[Cisco]]: And we could totally use the particle accelerator to do it, too! Just like we did with Barry!

[[Wallace]]: Oooohhh that would be totally AWESOME! It would totally be like one of those things... you put your hand on the ball and your hair stands up! The static electricity things! Haha, Cait's, could you just IMAGINE your hair standing up like that?! Oh man. Im excited now!

[[Caitlin]]: Also... Barry...

[[Barry]]: Yeah, what's up?

[[Caitlin]]: Iris saw you and Wally leaving town last time.. she came by and was asking questions. Be careful, Barry. She's not fully recovered from Eddie and we don't need her asking questions of finding out about Wally, either.

[[Barry]]: What's wrong with her finding out? She might be able to help us with the cover and stuff...

[[Caitlin]]: He's got plenty of cover with Bruce Wayne now, Barry. Just... trust us on this one. She doesn't need to know.

[[Barry]]: Uh... right, okay. I don't need to know why. Let's go, Wally.

[[Wally]]: Rightey-oh!

Then just in a flash (HA! Get it?!) they were off. A gust of wind followed behind them and back to Gotham they go!

It had been a few days since Barry and Wally left S.T.A.R. labs. Barry mingled a little bit at the Wayne Manor Fundraiser for the Grayson's, and it was crazy that he ran into Oliver and Felicity again. He was glad to see them after the months of silence. But this time Barry was coming back to Central City, but not with Wally. After apprehending The Dark Riders in Gotham, Wally was focusing on the Fundraiser and living up to the name that being a Wayne brings. This time, Wally came with an old friend of his that he encountered in Gotham recently... Roy Harper. The man who was now going by the name 'Jason' after being 'killed' in the Starling City prison system. An elaborate set up for sure, set up by Diggle, Lyla and Felicity-- but (Jason) had found his way to Gotham. He wanted to initially give up the crime fighting but when he found his way to Gotham and Batman was perceived dead.. he couldn't help himself. He always wanted to be a hero. Maybe not always the masked vigilante type of a hero, but a hero none the less. However it appeared that since his time as Arsenal, he was wanting to bring Arsenal back. He knew that Gotham had some of craziest, sickest, most deranged villains there ever were. Two Face, The Joker, Bane... and that was just the start.

And then we found out about Superman, and a villain that had his same powers. And of course there was the Reverse Flash and Gorilla Grodd in Central City, but even CC had it's own major villains like Cold, and Captain Boomerang. And Oliver had the League of Assassin's and Slade Wilson to deal with. Putting on the mask to utilize your skills in public to stop the enemy was the best way to take care of business, and also to protect yourself and those you love and care about. Roy... Jason.. needed that. He couldn't go to Oliver because it would disrespect him and diggle. Eventually, they'd figure it out and that road could be crossed later. But for now, Roy was going to keep doing this, and Barry knew it, so the least he could do was at least bring Roy to S.T.A.R. labs, and see what Cisco could do for him. With a gust of wind, Caitlin and Cisco are caught off guard as Barry shows up with Roy.

Caitlin\\ Wait... R-Roy?! YOU'RE ALIVE?!

Cisco\\ Totally knew it. It was like a classic fake your death right out of a movie!

Roy\\ I don't think it was that obvious, but.. it's good to see you guys too.

Caitlin\\ You just have all kinds of secrets, don't you Barry?

Roy\\ What's she talking about?

Barry\\ Don't uh.. don't worry about it. Anyway, I ran into him in Gotham investigating the docks.

Cisco\\ So... what can we do for ya? Bringin' out the ol' Arsenal again?

Roy\\ That's... actually why I asked Barry to bring me here. I left all my gear behind in Starling City when I moved on with my life. I wanted to stay away from his life... but I've always wanted to help people and I had no idea just how crazy Gotham was. Even with Batman being alive, who knows when he'll be back and Barry can't do it all himself. And obviously some of these guys are too big for GCPD because I've been following them for a while. But I learned a lot on the streets, and working with Oliver, but I can't help unprotected. To make it simple... I need a new suit.

Cisco\\ Like... A Red - Arrow?

Caitlin\\ You just have to have a nickname for everything don't you?

Cisco\\ What? It works!

Roy\\ Actually, I like it. It's different but it fits. So you think you can work something up for me?

Cisco\\ You got it!

Barry\\ Looks like you're back in action, Roy.

Back in action ? He'd been back for few days. Tracking down leads, and he needed a new suit, he needed something to fill his quiver. He needed something to stop bad guys and especially come to reason with one known as Red Hood. Culmination between Red Hood and Arsenal is bound to happen sometime in the future, oh wait not Arsenal but Red Arrow.

Roy smiled, he liked the name, he digged it, as his arms were crossed over his chest. He looked straight at where the suit was placed on what it looks like a giant stretcher like wall.

Roy," Make sure you make it something cooler than The Flash's suit "

Cisco, " Sure you'll love the final product - is there anything else "

Roy smiled, and then begins to think about if there is anything else, he strolled for mere second, as Barry acknowledge the thoughtful walk.

Barry," Is there something on your mind - Roy "

Roy, " Well you guys know my real name. But you and rest of the world knows that Roy is dead. Lately I work at this garage slash mechanic for car and auto parts. There I refer myself as Jason but recently my boss at work he is looking into everyone's background. He is doing for safety concern, and if he finds no record of Jason at all. I will be out of my day job. So I was wondering if you guys could come up with a new identification and entire background file put up in the Gotham City database. I don't want the world to know the real me. If people at Starling City find out I am alive,. Imagine what sort of ramification it would the people I care about "

Cisco, " you wanted to wipe your entire history of Roy Harper ? "

Roy, " Not wiping my entire life "

Caitlin, " Roy Harper is wiped off from the face of this earth. What you want Roy is an all new identity for you to survive in the public "

Roy, " Yes that's what I was trying to say. "

Caitlin, " Well the words you're looking for is Thank You -- but you're welcome "

Roy, " Well so you guys would do it for me "

Barry, " You wanted our help and we will deliver it. By the way how goes the thing with Red Hood ? "

Roy, " Well at the moment - he is taking down more of Sionis men, he even took down some of Joker's thug and men that were hired by Falcones. I am going to do what I plan on doing ? Justice. "

Barry, " You need my help ? "

Roy, " Well I can take care of him. By the way did you find anything on Anarky. Do you think Anarky and Joker could be the same person. It's quite a coincidence to see both of them sharing the responsibility on this money ripping off virus "

The question was put out for Barry... but he had to leave briefly back to Gotham when he and Wally took care of the Night Riders. But Roy's question-- were Anarky and Joker the same person? It was an interesting theory for sure but it was also taking a bit of a shot in the dark. All the while they were waiting on something from Cisco regarding a new suit for Roy but the way Cisco was acting, it was as if he already had something figured out. But that was Cisco. He always had a plan and then a backup plan with a backup plan... in his own little way. He was a smart guy and nothing could ever take that away from him. And considering how big of a fan of heroes he was, he probably did have something ready and it wouldn't take long for it to get to Roy. Only a few hours had gone by before Barry returned without Wally once again, but for good reason for now.

Cisco\\ Man, he's going to love this! So glad I kept some of that extra fabric.. and the new stuff?! If Oliver doesn't want it I guess it's going to be put to good use now! They're going to love it! Red Arrow is about to be born, baby!

The excitement in Cisco was always prominent when either he could help in this way where his inventions got be used and Roy Harper came around at just the right time. The fact that he was even alive had them all happy and excited, and even more excited that there was going to be another hero out there. Especially a hero for Gotham in the absence of Batman. It also meant that maybe Barry could come back to Central City soon, too! Everything about this had Cisco excited and for now, he knew Gotham was going to be in great hands. Meanwhile back in the control room, where Barry and Roy were standing with Caitlin, Roy restated his question.

Roy\\ So what do you think Barry? Do you think Joker and Anarky are the same guy? I mean I've never seen them together in one place and Joker definitely doesn't seem like the teamwork guy from the terror he caused Gotham last time but things just aren't adding up to me.

Barry\\ It seems like a shot but...

Just then, the TV flipped on to breaking news from Wayne Manor. Barry had just left there not too long ago. There was a fundraiser going on for young Ricky Grayson but it was interrupted by the man in question... The Joker.

“Good evening ladies and gentlemen… I hope I’m not interrupting anything. But I just felt that it can’t be much of a party without a clown. After all, the party is for a child… and children just LOVE clowns. See… I’m not really such a bad guy at the heart of everything. I just like to be a normal man… doing normal everyday things… okay so that’s a bit of a lie. See… I like to think of myself as… as an agent of chaos…”

Some of the film crew that was on hand for this event had managed to get through the people and set up next to the stairs, turning on and filming me.

“Aaahh looky there. Looks like News 25 is all set up to catch this extravagant event!” I said, whilst doing a quick lick of the lips. I handed my gun to the henchman standing next to me and I threw my hand into the air. “Just make sure to get my good side! Now to the real matter at hand: Miiiister Wayne. I heard what you had to say on the news, Mister Wayne. I heard that you said that The Bat saved you. Now… I need to tell you that when I first heard that The Bat was dead-- I threw a little bit of a party; a little shindig. Sorry I couldn’t have invited you but I thought you were dead too. But when YOU were alive and you said that THE BAT… was alive…

There was a look of intrigue on my face. Maybe we didn’t all know how much I actually enjoyed that The Bat was alive because he was the Bonnie to my Clyde, the Doctor Jeckyl to my Mister Hyde. Two Peas in a pod… you get it. I leaned my head in and a big SMILE came to my face.

”...I threw an even bigger party!. See… The Bat and I… we belong together. We’re two sides of the same coin. He likes to prevent chaos… and I like to cause it. The Bat likes to work with plans while I just… do things. And it’s truly a shame that Mister Roman Sionis or Mister Gambol couldn’t be here tonight to witness this extravaganza, but Miiister Cobblepot… I’m so glad that YOU’RE here. I meant to check in with you to see how you were doing, but… you weren’t there. But your friends at the docks told me so graciously before I killed them… that you’d be here so I knew I couldn’t miss this night! Now now… calm down, there’s no need to be afraid.. yet. The explosions were just so I could get your attention. And who of course could forget the money man of Metropolis… mister Lex Luthor. I hope I’m not spoiling anything! Just wrong place… at the wrong time...

They liked to say that I was a very sick man… and maybe it was true. I knew I was different and had a very different approach to things.

”Now… I figured that with all of this commotion… The Bat would surely be around SOMEWHERE but yet your beloved hero is no where… to be found…

I looked around, licked my lips and brought a smile to my face as a sick idea had come to my mind to draw out The Bat. That silly silly little bat.

”So I want you all to… do me a little favor. And I want everybody that’s listening to my lovely voice in their cozy little homes to listen to me as well.

I then glanced over at the camera with a wink. I was proud of myself for this, and The Bat… he’d have to come out of hiding now.

”Consider this message a warning. I don’t know when or where you may see me again.. but I can promise you that it will be very soon. And the longer it takes for The Bat to get to me… well I guess more people are just going to have to die. It’s a shame really. I really do just love people. Don’t you? So I hope you’re listening, Bats! And Mister Cobblepot if you or Mister Wayne-- can do me just ooonnnneee little favor since you two are such popular men. When you see Roman Sionis… or BETTER YET once The Bat comes… I want you to tell them… tell them… tell that I’m coming… and I’m taking this pretty little lady here as incentive! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Two of my men grabbed the pretty young girl that I pointed to and brought her towards us, throwing her into our police van that we had stolen before this event.

Barry\\ Man.. I was just there! I can't believe that sick freaking clown! Ugh.. I... I gotta do something! I can't just let him kidnap that girl and get away with it!

Caitlin\\ Go, Barry! We'll let you know when things are ready for Roy. Save that girl!

Barry looked over Roy who gave a nod for the OK. Barry gave a nod back and sped off.

>WHOOSH!<

From there, Roy went into the lab where Cisco was working on the suit.

Roy\\ Cisco, I need to know if it's almost ready because if you didn't just see it, Joker just attacked the Grayson fundraiser at Wayne Manor and took a girl hostage! Barry just took off but he's going to need backup and fast!

Cisco\\ Don't you worry your little head off, Roy! It's all done and finished! Originally, I designed this as an alternative for Oliver but he was pretty content with what he's got so with a little bit of a paint job... it's ready! It's made from the same material that Barry's is, an extra strength polymer making it speed and abrasion resistant. Now.. I know speed isn't something that you need to worry about but that's why I also talked to Lucius Fox over at Wayne Industries and your shirt is a thin, light but very durable bullet proof material.. much better in red than black in my personal opinion. The suit material also helps you in extreme weather conditions... minus the lack of sleeves, BUT we can figure that one out later. It's the ultimate brand new suit designed for the perfect archer and Gotham could use it right now.

Roy\\ It sounds amazing, Cisco.. so how about letting me see it?

Cisco\\ Oh, right! Vuala!

Cisco pulled the cloth down from over the glass casing and the suit glimmered in Roy's eyes. It really was the perfect suit. "Cisco's the best" is what's running through Roy's mind right now.

The suit was really kick ass. Roy was already fell in love with, also Caitlin returned with a new legit driver license for our Roy Harper's identity. From now on he would go by Jason Harper. The backstory is already created by Dr Snow ; this is what Roy requested ? and as Roy stared at the glass in which he see his new Red Arrow suit, he smirked and smile. He chuckled at the quiver full of arrows that were installed by various gadgets. Though his smile didn't go away as quickly but he had growing concern of what just happened at Grayson Fundraiser, with Joker on the loose and Anarky is also lurking around. There is a possibility that either Bat or the Red Hood would show up and Harper's major concern is the vigilante that is killing off bad guys. He needs to convince the man in the hood that killing is not the way to resolve things.

Roy, " Thanks for the new I.D Caitlin. Now ! ", turning his head towards Cisco, " Should we give this suit a test run. How about I go in and help The Flash with Joker and Anarky incident. Oh and do me a favor Cisco could you do background check on everyone that lived in Hook. Deceased or living -- Because I have a feeling that Hook and Red Hood are connected somehow. He's killing these scumbag on some personal level so look into all the files and see those who were tortured, killed or become victim to Sionis, or any other criminal in journal. Could you that ? "

Cisco, " Sure thing man. Oh and yes, you can try your suit. It's completely full functional. You should give this bad boy go "

Turned his head and looked at Cisco for a mere seconds.

Roy, " Sure let's do this ", he anxiously rubs his hands with full curiosity. With that we moves hour later and we find Roy in his full Red Arrow gear. You know if this was a movie we could have a seen super hero shots putting up there thread and apparel altogether. But yes Roy is embracing his Red Arrow persona.

Cisco, " Your suit also has a built in Radio head set. If you ever need my assistance, give me a holla anytime "

Roy, " Are you planning to record my every word too. Cmon man leave the audio surveillance to the cops "

Cisco, " Ha, very funny JA-SON !! But no you can only have it turn it on whenever you want my assistance or need help. Because Barry gets my help all the time "

Roy, " Oh really the fastest man requires help from the smartest man alive "

Cisco, " Man leave all the puns to me. You are bad at jokes and speaking of joke, you need to help Barry fight of the Joker. Now go go go "

Roy, " Oh time to beat a clown to his senses ", Roy pulls out a grappling arrow from his quiver and shoots up. He grapple up and vanishes from the top of the roof. Heading straight to the wayne manor. Hopefully able to help The Flash out as well. Though in his mind, he wish that The Red Hood shows up too.
