Gotham has witnessed a rise of a new hero in Arsenal. Who is been taking down crime syndicate in Gotham. In the recent events, Arsenal was caught on camera with another vigilante in what looked like was a Cat costume. Arsenal is officially recognized as the BOWMAN that was rescuing people in Crime Alley. Though this bowman is the same bowman who served Starling very own Arrow -- but seems like the man behind The Arrow persona is killed in prison. His sidekick decided to travel to Gotham. He so far taken down many criminals, most notably the ones that are affiliated with crime families around Gotham
